Livingston Family Dentistry, a traditional family dental practice, was initially known as Vaughn Clinic of Highland Park, Michigan. The founder, Dr. Richard A. Vaughn, established it over 40 years ago. He was one of the first African-American Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons in the State of Michigan.

In 1981, Dr. Ronald A. Livingston, the stepson of Dr. Vaughn, joined the practice as a second-generation dentist. Years later, after Dr. Vaughn's retirement, the name of the practice changed to its current name. Today, nearly 30 years later, Dr. Blake G. Livingston has joined the family practice as a third-generation dentist.

From the first day our doors opened, we have been committed to serving the people of the inner city. Our goal is to provide the Highland Park and Detroit communities with the highest quality dental care available today in a modern and comfortable environment. Our treatments consist of all aspects of dentistry including state of the art dental implants. In 2009, the dental office was completely renovated.
